All of our locations are open for bicycle sales and service - limiting customers in-store and practicing social distancing measures. The Richardson location is providing curbside pick up* for online orders. In compliance with Executive Order No. GA-29, you must wear a mask in all of our stores.

Online OrdersONLINE ORDER RESTRICTIONS: BIKES UNDER $900
Bikes under $900 are no longer available online. Please visit any Bike Mart location for bike availability in this price point. We apologize for the inconvenience.
BIKE DELIVERY ESTIMATE: 1-2 DAYS OUT
For example, orders placed on Monday will likely be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.
ORDER PROCESSING: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
Because of the high volume our customer service team is experiencing delays.
ORDER NOTIFICATIONS: EMAIL and/or PHONE
You will receive an order notification immediately after your order. Please read the information in that email for details. We will contact you with updates on processing and confirm when your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery. Thank you for your patience.
*Must live within ten miles of one our locations to qualify for $35 home delivery. Curbside pick up available at Richardson location only.
