-
Advanced Composite Technology
Liv’s High-Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this frameset in our own composite factory. Using state-of-the-art materials and manufacturing techniques, Liv’s Advanced-Grade Composite frames are designed to offer light weight and stiffness with optimal compliance.
-
Advanced Forged Composite Technology
A state-of-the-art, high-pressure molding process used to produce complex-shaped carbon fiber components that are lighter, stiffer and stronger than similar aluminum components.
-
Flip Chip - Maestro 3
This all-new technology allows you to quickly adjust the geometry of your bike to better suit riding conditions and rear-wheel size choice. Using two different flip chips – a combination high/ low and a dedicated mid-position chip – riders can change the head tube angle, seat tube angle and bottom bracket height using eccentric hardware located on the upper rocker arm of the rear suspension.
-
Maestro Suspension Technology
Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages all work together to create a single floating pivot for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.
-
PowerCore
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeterwide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
-
Tubeless System
Engineered with proprietary Dynamic Balanced Lacing technology, this tubeless ready composite WheelSystem delivers superior efficiency, pinpoint control and comfort.
-
OverDrive
Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, this fork steerer tube technology uses oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
Overview
Overview
The exceptionally versatile Intrigue X Advanced was designed to expand your trail capabilities, from technical descents to nimble and efficient climbs, and all the exhilarating flowy goodness in between. Extremely customizable with adjustable geometry, frame storage, and wheel options, the Intrigue X Advanced delivers extra performance and fun.
Key Performance Factors
- Performance Mid Travel Trail: Constructed with lightweight Advanced-grade composite for an agile, responsive ride, the frame also boasts integrated down tube storage — a sleek solution for additional space to store your tools and snacks. Paired with 140mm of Maestro rear suspension and 150mm of front suspension, you’ve got the ultimate trail bike that’s efficient on the ups and shreds on the downs.
- Adjustable Frame Geometry: For ultimate adjustability, the Intrigue X Advanced features flip chip – Maestro 3 and the new flip chip – headset allowing you to customize the overall riding geometry to suit the trail, your riding preferences, and rear wheel choice*. Not only can you change the head tube angle, seat tube angle, and bottom bracket height — you can now adjust your headset position to achieve either a short, mid, or long reach. These fine-tuning adjustments optimize your riding position for better handling and stability, wherever your bike takes you. *Rear wheel size change available for M and L only
- Best of Both Wheels: Frame sizes XS and S are solely designed for an MX configuration – 29-inch wheel up front and 27.5-inch wheel in the rear. This set up optimizes rear wheel travel, allows a playful and nimble rear end and a fast rolling, stable front end. Frame sizes M and L come equipped with 29-inch wheels up front and in the rear with the ability to run a 27.5-inch wheel in the rear*. This provides two unique riding characteristics – fast and comfortable or quick and nimble – allowing you to customize your set up for how and where you ride. *27.5-inch wheel sold separately for frame sizes M and L
