At Richardson Bike Mart, nothing is more fun than getting together for a ride, bike race, gran fondo, etc. We participate and sponsor community cycling events all over the Dallas-Ft Worth area. Help fight Leukemia & Lymphoma and participate in "America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride?" Team In Training will be on hand to discuss how to sign up as well as offer clinics on proper nutrition and bike fit. Food and drinks will be provided.

Fit 2 Train: Base Camp

One of the most important things that you can do to prepare for your upcoming cycling or triathlon season is to establish a nice base of mileage before getting into the higher intensity pace of racing. Base Camp is an opportunity to validate the work you have done, or kick off your more serious training.
