Current prices in retail stores prevail; internet prices subject to change without notice due to vendor costs and international product volatility. Bikemart.com aims for accurate online catalog pricing, and we strive for precision in all information provided. If any errors occur, please bring them to our attention during your next visit or by calling/emailing us. We regret any inconvenience and reserve the right to cancel any online order. We appreciate your understanding.
Layaway
For layaway purchases or new, non-sale bicycles, full payment is due within 90 days of the initial deposit. The deposit must be at least 20% of the selling price. Refunds are available within 30 days with a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days, a 10% restocking fee applies, and the remaining balance becomes store credit. After 90 days, layaway deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds for used, sale, or consignment bicycles are at the manager's discretion.
Bike Mart Guarantee
Shop confidently at Bike Mart - we'll match any local retail store's advertised price on the same item within 30 days. Price match requires verification, and the item must be in stock at the other store. Exclusions apply to stores liquidating stock or going out of business.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use. After 12 months, a 10% surcharge applies to reinstate lost or stolen cards, provided they haven't been redeemed. Refunds require a receipt; exceptions require manager approval.
