Refund policy

14-day return and 30-day exchange policy in effect.

  • In-store sales: Return/exchange window starts upon bike/item pickup.
  • Online sales: Return/exchange window starts from UPS/FedEx confirmed delivery date.
  • Bicycles/Items must be in new condition with original packaging, manuals and ALL included extras for return eligibility. (shipping and re-stocking fees may apply)
  • All apparel must be returned new, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags where applicable.  If there are any signs of use, we may refuse the return.
  • Damaged, used, or unpackaged returns are subject to restocking fee or partial refund.
  • Customer is responsible for filing shipping damage claims; contact us for assistance.
  • Sale and Closeout items are non-refundable.
  • Used bicycles and products are sold "as is" without warranty, not returnable/exchangeable but eligible for trade-ins valued at managers discretion.
  • At Warehouse/Special orders subject to a 20% restocking fee; all closeout items final sale. Cancellations are subjected to a restocking fee.
  • Refunds require original receipt; store credit issued at managers discretion for returns without receipt.
  • Prepaid shipping label available for returns. Contact us for more information (cost deducted from final refund).
  • Refunds issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and Freight Insurance and Assembly fees are non-refundable.
