Frequently Asked Questions

How does the punch card work?

Each time you make a purchase at Bike Mart, you’ll receive one stamp on your card. After you’ve filled your card, you can redeem it for the reward listed on the card.  Your card can be stamped at all 6 Bike Mart Locations. 

What counts as a qualifying purchase? 

Any item counts as a qualifying purchase, no minimum requirement. 

Do I get a stamp if I purchase online?

Unfortunately, you need a physical card picked up in-store to participate.

Do punches ever expire?

Yes—you must redeem your reward by January 16, 2026. (2 weeks after campaign ends)

Can someone else use my punch card?

Punch cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer.

What if I lose my punch card?

Unfortunately, lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced—so be sure to keep it safe!

How do I redeem my reward?

Simply present your completed punch card at checkout to claim your reward.
