Originally designed for the cobbles and crosswinds of Paris-Roubaix to provide an aero benefit with high volume tires the SES 4.5 was the first of its kind and is now re-designed to deliver more speed in a lighter package. The SES 4.5 has been re-engineered to reduce weight increase aero efficiency and further expand its capabilities when the going gets fast. Whether you’re pinning on the number for race day or seeking the fastest road wheelset across undulating terrain the SES 4.5 is in the sweet spot for speed.
  • Full carbon rim is optimized to further improve tubeless tire and rim reliability with a hookless bead design that allows for the precise rim dimensions required to achieve the best tubeless performance
  • Wide hookless bead design greatly reduces the likelihood of pinch-flatting by providing a blunt surface upon which to bottom out the tire dissipating energy across a larger surface area and preventing tire damage
  • Innerdrive mechanism features oversized 42mm steel ratchets positioned inboard and over the bearings reducing stress on the axle and bearings while ensuring positive and reliable engagement
  • Interchangeable ratchets (sold separately) allow riders to easily tune their rides for their personal performance needs. Whether it be maximizing efficiency response or reliability
  • Premium Straight Pull hubs utilize equal spoke lengths with an anti-twist spoke design for improved wheel strength and performance a lightweight alloy hubshell stainless steel sealed bearings and easy to service axle system
