At Bike Mart, nothing is more fun than getting together for a ride, bike race, gran fondo, etc. We participate and sponsor community cycling events all over the Dallas-Ft Worth area. WRL Levee Loop Group Ride
Date: October 1st
Time: 10:30am start
Location: Bike Mart Dallas (White Rock Lake) - 9040 Garland Rd. Dallas, TX 75218
Details: Join us for a fun group ride to enjoy beautiful cooler weather and explore the levees around the Trinity River. This will be a 30-35 mile mixed surface ride at an easy pace. Our store manager Romario will be grilling hotdogs for us to enjoy upon our return to the store. Everyone is welcome. Free of charge to participate.
Trail to Tacos Mountain Bike Group Ride
Date: October 1st
Time: 10am start
Location: Erwin Park, McKinney, TX
Details: All customers, staff, and friends invited. We will have a minimum of one staff member there to lead the ride and connect with the community. Riders are encouraged to join us at Daddy's Tacos (1800 Independence Pkwy STE 120, McKinney, TX 75072) immediately after the ride, participants will receive free chips and queso with their order. Everyone is welcome. Free of charge to participate.
Take a Kid Mountain Biking
Date: Saturday, October 7th
Time: 9am - 11:30am
Location: Erwin Park, McKinney, TX
Details: Take a Kid Mountain Biking is put on annually by the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) to introduce the joy of mountain biking to the next generation. Bike Mart will have friendly mountain biking experts to help kids have a fantastic riding experience. Prizes will be awarded to participants afterward as well.
DORBA Mountain Biking Festival
October 21-22, 2023
Two days of riding, meeting friends and living outdoors! There will be 13 miles of beginner and intermediate trails, ride skills clinics for all levels, swag bags, new bike demos, vendor expos, mountain and gravel races. Plus, spectacular scenery and did we mention wine? Admission is free to DORBA members ($40 for non-members). This will be a weekend to remember!

Tour De Cure
October 21, 2023
Join us for the Tour de Cure, a premier cycling experience and the only cycling event supporting all people living with diabetes. Riding in the Tour de Cure is an experience you will never forget. The event is well organized and has routes available for all ages and abilities. This year we have a 10, 20, 37, and 62 mile route out and back exploring the gorgeous Texas Country side East of McKinney!
