Developed and designed entirely by CeramicSpeed, the Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) System for Shimano 9000/6800 provides the ultimate optimization of your bicycle's drivetrain.
This OSPW System features a set of 17-tooth aluminum Pulley Wheels housed in a specially designed polyamide (PA) and carbon cage.
The upper and lower 17-tooth oversized aluminum pulley wheels come fitted with either standard or coated CeramicSpeed Bearings.
The Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) System is the product of choice by many of the world's leading cycling teams and triathletes.
This specific system is compatible with Ultegra 6700/6770/6800/6870 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleurs and Dura Ace 7900/7970/9000/9070 mechanical and Di2 rear derailleurs. It is not compatible with Shimano Dura-Ace 9100/9150 and Ultegra 8000 series rear derailleurs. For those rear derailleurs you will need a OSPW System for Shimano 9100 series.
The system is compatible with up to a 28-tooth cassette on most bikes, depending on derailleur hanger.
The typical overall power savings of the OSPW System for Shimano 9000/6800 is 30%-60% over a stock setup, and the oversized pulley wheels have a lifespan that is 3-5 times longer than the commonly used standard pulleys on the market.
In The Box:
- A complete 17-tooth OSPW System
- CeramicSpeed bearing oil in 15ml dropper bottle

FEATURES
- Charger 3.1 RC2’s adjustment range is broader—with less compression damping in the LSC open position and additional support in the HSC closed position, this gives you the traction, control, and comfort you need to charge dicey lines all day
- Includes full right-side internals including controls
- Compatible with Pike C1+(2023+), Lyrik D1+(2023+), and ZEB A1+(2021+)
- High Speed Compression, Low Speed Compression, and Low Speed Rebound adjustments

Increase the performance of Rockshox forks with a Charger upgrade kit. Features include a no compromise lockout, where the "Pedal" and "Lock" circuits sit behind the damping, meaning no sacrifice in downhill bump control while maintaining pedaling stability on climbs. The extruded bladder design is durable, resists damping change during extended downhills and has virtually zero pressure offset for small bump sensitivity. Available damper settings: Open with an adjustable low speed compression, Pedal and Lock.
- Extruded bladder design is durable, resists damping change during extended downhill runs and has virtually zero pressure offset for small bump sensitivity
- Charger version reduces vibration and is almost 100 grams lighter than the previous damper

The Airstryke II takes the features of the ever popular Airstryke and adds an expanded fit range and more comfortable armrest. The flip up bracket and classic shape are retained.
Performance
The Airstryke II is intended to allow riders to add aerobars to their road or adventure bike without sacrificing the ability to hold the bars close to the stem. The comfortable grip angle and smoothly curved armrest offer a relaxed position for long days in the saddle.
Fit Data
- Armrest Offset: -85mm to 17.5mm in 7.5mm steps
- Armrest Width: 131mm to 298mm in 18.5mm steps
- Armrest Stack: 40mm
Origin
As one of the most popular model in the history of aerobars it seemed appropriate to update the much loved Airstryke with our new generation fit range and comfort focused armrest. We didn't want to change the elements that have made the bar so successful and the changes made just enhance the adjustability and comfort.
- Bracket: L2 Flip-Up
- Clamp Diameter: 31.8mm (26.0 w/Shims)
- Armrest: Ergo Armrest
- Armrest Stack: 40mm
- Reach: -85mm to 17.5mm in 7.5mm steps
- Extension Adjustment: 150mm (center of basebar - end)
- Armrest Width: 155mm - 203mm
- Weight: 592g
$183.00
Our new Sonic bracket has been designed as the successor to the J2, which has been a somewhat ignored part of our range. With this update it brings our new generation fit range to a wider range of price points, replacing the J2 bracket. The Ergo armrest has been created to offer both a huge upgrade in fit range as well as increased rider comfort with a supportive curve to cup the arms.
Performance
- The Sonic/Ergo is designed to present minimal frontal area to create as little aerodynamic drag as possible. The main purpose of an aerobar is, of course, to get the rider into a fast position. Despite a fairly minimalist appearance, the Sonic/Ergo offers a comprehensive fit range for exactly this purpose.
Fit Data
- Armrest Offset: -70mm to -2.5mm in 7.5mm steps
- Armrest Width: 124mm to 290mm in 18.5mm steps (With Extensions at 100mm)
- Armrest Stack: 60mm (no riser kit) to 130mm in 5mm increments (With aftermarket Riser Kit)
- The extension length and rotation can be easily adjusted using the top bolt.
There are 100 distinct position options achievable just by moving the armrests. Combine that with the risers and this bar offers 1500 possible configurations. As a clip-on bar it is also possible to adjust the extension width and tilt easily. This is the most adjustable clip-on bar on the market (and in history).
It is worth noting that our previous top level clip-on aerobar, the J4/F35, offered 90 possible configurations. This highlights the significant step forward we’ve made with our new generation aerobars in allowing riders to precisely adjust their position.
Origin
- After we released the Supersonic (J5) as a premium bracket with market-leading fit options and versatility, we wanted to bring the same kind of options to the rest of our range of brackets and thus aerobars. By simplifying the extension clamp and shifting the wing forward to the bar center line, we were able to meet our targets. As a consequence of the simplification the Sonic is the lightest of our current brackets. The Ergo armrest shares the flippable design of the rest of our new generation armrests. By swapping sides or rotating the armrests, smaller increments of movement are achieved – making it simple to fine-tune a rider's position or match the position from their previous aerobar or bike.
Extensions
- Extension Shape: A 35 degree ski-bend extension suited to riders who prefer to adopt a wrist angle that is on the low side of the neutral range.
- The 35a is a straight 35° bend.
- Bracket: Sonic
- Clamp Diameter: 31.8mm (26.0 w/Shims)
- Armrest: Ergo / 10mm Pads
- Armrest Width: 124mm to 290mm in 18.5mm steps (with Extensions at 100mm)
- Armrest Offset: -70mm to -2.5mm in 7.5mm steps
- Armrest Stack: The minimum is 60mm and the bracket is compatible with our existing risers which add up to 130mm stack with (70mm of spacers added)
- Weight: 559g

All CeramicSpeed Bearings are hand-built in Denmark. Super-smooth CeramicSpeed grade 3 Silicone Nitride balls are matched (within microns) with hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-smooth polished groove.
The balls are held in place by a reinforced polyamide cage. Every bearing is optimized with a low-viscosity CeramicSpeed All Round Grease to minimize friction and increase bearing life. Non-contact seals complete the bearings, keeping dirt and moisture out. CeramicSpeed Bearings can be used for any cycling discipline: Road, TT, Tri, Track, Cross, and MTB. The benefits are super low friction, better power transfer, and increased bearing life.
During the building process, we check each bearing four times by hand to ensure that all parts are matched perfectly. CeramicSpeed Balls are 400% smoother, 128% harder, and 58% lighter than standard steel bearings normally used in the bicycle industry. When comparing the CeramicSpeed Balls with other ceramic balls in the industry, you will find that the CeramicSpeed Balls are 15% harder, take 99% higher loads, and are 100% smoother.
