Buying a bike online can be easy

General Updates (5/10)

ONLINE ORDER RESTRICTIONS: BIKES UNDER $1,200 

Bikes under $1,200 are no longer available online. Please visit Dallas, Frisco and McKinney locations for bike availability in this price point. We apologize for the inconvenience.

BIKE DELIVERY ESTIMATE: 3-5 DAYS OUT 
For example, orders placed on Monday will likely be delivered Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

ORDER PROCESSING: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
Because of the high volume our customer service team is experiencing delays.

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS: EMAIL and/or PHONE
You will receive an order notification immediately after your order. Please read the information in that email for details. We will contact you with updates on processing and confirm when your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery. Thank you for your patience.

LIVE CHAT: 6 DAYS A WEEK AT SELECT TIMES

   How do I know I am buying the right size?We've created size charts for guidance. Scroll down to find your correct size.  
  If I buy the wrong size, can I exchange it for the right size?Yes, we guarantee your satisfaction. Please reach out to orders@bikemart.com. We will work to make it right and make sure you are happy with your purchase.
  Will the bike come assembled?Yes, before any bike leaves one of our stores, the bike is assembled and checked over a second time to ensure the bike is ready to ride.
    Can you install some accessories on my bike before you deliver it?Yes, any items purchased with the bicycle, we will install them at no additional cost. Simply add your request in the comment box when you place your order. Make your riding experience more fun and enjoyable with simple things like an insulated water bottle, kickstand, phone holder, etc…
     I am about to purchase a bike, how does the delivery work?Once your order is placed you will get a confirmation email and a member of our online sales team will reach out to you to schedule a delivery.
      When is the bike delivered?Bikes are delivered about 48-72 hours after your order is placed.
     When can I come in for a bike fit?Bike fit is important to a great riding experience. There are some good resources here to help you set up your bike fit at home in this time of “shelter in place.” Once our stores are open again and your county’s court order has ended, please bring your bike into one of our four stores and let’s do your official “new bike fit.”
      I'm new to cycling is there anything I should know once I get my bike?We're glad you asked check out our Tips For New Cyclist page for helpful tips that will help you once you get your bike home.
